- Information you send us directly — anything you include when you call 916-549-6476 or email us, such as your name, role, and details about your kitchen.
- Information collected automatically — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It records basic device, browser, approximate location, page-view, and click data, and sets cookies in your browser to do so. See Cookies and analytics below.
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or financial account information through this website. Nothing on this site asks you to create an account or set a password.

- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Data retention
Quote requests arrive as email and Slack messages to our team and are retained for as long as needed to respond to you, perform and document the service, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in that property.
Data security
We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (TLS) across the whole site, restricted and authenticated access to the inboxes and workspaces where quote requests arrive, and delegation of hosting and email delivery to established providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BDXFLFHXF3). It sets first-party cookies that distinguish one visitor from another and measure how pages and buttons are used.
